Hosting clients will receive an invoice due 7 days in advance for the following month of service. If you sign up and receive your account today, your following month’s bill will be due on the same day of the following month. The account invoice will be sent to the e-mail address on file with your account. This address must be kept up to date and accurate. Failure to do so may lead to suspension of services. A second notice will be sent 4 days prior to the due date. If payment is not received within 3 days (72 hours) of due the account will be suspended. If payment is not received within 15 days of due date, we reserve the right to terminated the account with no further warning and all files and information will be terminated from our system without recourse.

If advance payment for a hosting plan has been made, is there refund available? Yes, contingent on the above policies, if you sign up for 6 months of service and after two months you terminate the account, when offered, refund is available on a prorated basis for Un-used service. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. Any disputed charges/charge back’s to your credit card issuer and/or PayPal, under the terms and conditions of our TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees and monies due to restore the desired service.

Cause for immediate termination of services include but are not limited to the use of IRC’s, BNC’s, Eggdrops, Unauthorized SHELL programs, Illegal or deliberately offensive material, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, any other similar software or programs and Spamming from a site or server. There will be NO exceptions for any reasons for the above offensives. Clients who load these programs on any account and/or the server will have their account terminated immediately without recourse and be pursued to the fullest extent of the LAW including but not limited to lawsuit of any and all individuals responsible and be billed including penalties and any fees associated with attorney fees, court and/or investigative fees. (Proof of use or public display NOT required).

Use of SandhillsHosting services and products constitutes acceptance and agreement to SandhillsHosting Acceptable Usage Policy as well as SandhillsHosting Terms of Service. SandhillsHosting follows the stringent guidelines of our customer privacy statement, please make sure you understand this statement completely.

SandhillsHosting support the uncensored flow of information and ideas over the Internet and do not actively monitor subscriber activity under normal circumstances. Equally, we do not exercise editorial control over the content of any web site, e-mail transmission, newsgroups, or other material created or accessible over or through the services, except for certain proprietary Web sites. However, in accordance with our Terms of Service, we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP.

SandhillsHosting may cooperate with legal authorities, legal process or governmental request and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing. Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or immediate termination of either your SandhillsHosting account or other actions as detailed below without notice, based upon the nature of the violation.

Illegal Activities:
· Forgery or impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Unsolicited E-mail, News Bombing (SPAM)
Use of the SandhillsHosting service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate suspension of the offending SandhillsHosting account. Spam complaints will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to respond to complaints within a 24 hour timeframe will result in the SandhillsHosting staff suspending the offending account by whatever means necessary. Should the account become re-activated without the express written consent of SandhillsHosting, the offending account will be immediately terminated, and may result in suspension / termination of the server itself. Anyone using hosting space to either support and/or themselves are using account for purpose of spamming or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their service immediately removed from our network. Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
As a condition of your use of the SandhillsHosting services, you may not SandhillsHosting services for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. SandhillsHosting reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Harm or Endangerment to other people:
You may not use SandhillsHosting service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography, or use SandhillsHosting service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

Use of the SandhillsHosting service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software. Use of the SandhillsHosting service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent. Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.

SandhillsHosting clients are projected to conduct professional communications with SandhillsHosting staff regarding any requests for assistance via eMail, IM, helpdesk, forum and/or other systems implemented by this company in an endeavor to assist it’s clients. Clients applying forms of written and/or verbal assault and/or threats upon SandhillsHosting staff and/or it’s contracted employees will be recognized as a breach of the Terms of Service.

All cancellations are required in writing (sales@SandhillsHosting.com) 15 days in advance of moving and/or discontinuation of services with SandhillsHosting. Refunds of unused month to month services are not issued, please be sure that we know of your intention of leaving the SandhillsHosting services 15 days prior to canceling the account. As well, note that for any reoccurring billing (subscriptions) SandhillsHosting is not responsible for discontinuing this service. If the account is set to automatically renew it’s self, that you “the client” need contact/log into the institution and manually cancel this prior to it’s renewal date.

Bandwidth Each hosting plan includes an allotted amount of bandwidth each month running from the 1st through the end of the month regardless of date of set up. Additional bandwidth is available. Contact sales department for more information. In addition, accounts exceeding their allotted bandwidth will be billed per the gb at the beginning of each month of any overages for the previous month. Disregard of this usage bill may result in suspension of services until such time that the fees are recorded as paid during normal business hours.

SandhillsHosting reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our TOS (Terms of Service) and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service). All users of the SandhillsHosting services, and their clients, must comply with this AUP and our TOS (Terms of Service).
